- Return Policy
In order to request a return, you must do it within 30 days of the date you receive the product.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and still kept in the original condition as all tags/packaging attached.
- Items That Cannot Be Returned
In the event that the following items need to be returned, it will not be possible, for health and safety reasons:
Headwear (scarves, wraps, and turbans) that has been used
Costumes that are custom made and those made to order
Items set on clearance and those on final sale
- Exchanges That Are Free
We allow free exchange of items for color and size within the 30 day period.
In the event that we do not have the size/color that you are looking for, we will give you a refund or store credit.
- Refund Policy
Refunded amounts will be credited within 5-7 working days to the payment card used at the time of payment when refund requests are validated and Return received.
Refund or credit for shipping charges (where applicable) will not be refunded.
- Expenses For Return
Charged return shipping (starting from the other destination) must be paid, in the event the customer receives the item in a used, faulty, or wrong condition that needs to be returned.
In the event we made a mistake, you will receive a return label and return shipping will be free of charge.
- How to Begin a Return
Get in touch with us at support@rumicostume.com and send us your order number.
We’ll analyze your request and send return instructions.
We’ll send an email confirmation to you once we receive and examined the item. You may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
- Items Sent in Error or Damaged
Please email us enabling@rumicostume.com within seven days of delivery and send photos of the issue if your order is damaged or an incorrect item is received. We will ensure that we follow the right process as soon as we can.
